What are your favorite types of foods?

and seeds.

Give me a tall, colorful salad full of multiple varieties of lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower, beets, carrots, cranberries, raisins, sunflower seeds, chia seeds and a raspberry vinaigrette dressing.

However, I am unable to enjoy salads anymore because my upper-gastric system is non-functional.

This means I must be fed through my feeding tube that goes directly to my intestines.

I am fed for nine hours using Osmolite 1.5 calorie formula. It provides 1200 calories, all of the recommended daily vitamins and minerals. It also provides me with enough protein, carbohydrates, and fat to sustain life.

It may look or seem like an inconvenience, but it has saved my life. I went from 69 pounds to 125 pounds and Iā€™m doing great!
